  1. 1 bunch carrots cut into quarters to make sticks, about 6 medium sized carrots
  2. 5 inches lemongrass stick of, chopped up
  3. 6 Thai chilis dried
  4. 1 tablespoon ginger fresh grated
  5. 3 cloves garlic smashed with your knife
  6. 4 cups water filtered
  7. 2 tablespoons sea salt fine celtic, this is my favorite, but any sea salt will work
